My job as a doula is to allow you to be in full power of your pregnancy and delivery. No matter if you want no interventions, or are open to medical assistance, your goal is mine. Everyone deserves support, and I am happy to cater plans to every family's desires and needs.

Becoming a parent is one of the greatest joys in life - but unfortunately so much of that can be taken away from poor care during pregnancy by your support team. Allowing families to take power back within their births is my number one goal in being a doula. Whether going unmedicated, or medicated, wanting to try for a VBAC, or deciding on a repeat Cesarean, I am here to support your choices. I always ensure that along with the choices you are making that you feel well informed that you understand the benefits or disadvantages of each option you have. I also offer postpartum doula services to help you and your family feel more confident in your parenting abilities. Helping you to plan your day, sleep assistance, feeding help (for family and baby), light household help, my assistance is the perfect addition to your postpartum life.
